2 Periods in One Month

I have the IUD Kyleena and I had my period this month and it lasted seven days (the longest ever) and it hasn’t even been a week and my period is on again. Has anyone had this problem ? Is it hormonal or should I schedule an appointment and yes I took a pregnancy test and it was negative.
