Cervical Mucus

Does anyone know what it means to wipe and get a lot of egg white stringy CM, but then they next few times you go pee theres nothing really there when wiping? Could it still mean I'm in my fertile window? I've been drinking a ton of water today and going alot, idk if that matters. TIA
