Weird rash?

Okay so this popped up on my hand two weeks ago. My babies heart beat is good and he is healthy . I am 14 weeks 2 days . 
It does not itch. 
Any ideas ?

I get little patches like that too, usually on my knuckles. Have with both pregnancies 🤷🏻‍♀️

I get this. It could be eczema. Sometimes it itches and sometimes it doesn’t. Looks like dry patches it’s definitely more prominent for me now that I’m pregnant.
