Periods late. 3 days.

I've been trying to convince for nearly a year. I've been using opk for along time. I fell pregnant in Nov and sadly had a miscarriage I was devastated. I got my first period after that on 27th Dec 2018. And I ovulated 17/18 Jan 19 periods have been a mess since getting my coil out a year ago. I have sore breasts and I mean painful and urinating alot had cramping for about a week and had alot of constipation last week. Took a test which was negative. I need some hope.
