Second LH surge or possibly pregnant??

I already posted my chart this morning but I have been taking an opk every evening because I have no pregnancy tests and I’m just trying to waste them before they expire. This is my first month ttc since my miscarriage at 10 weeks. Could my chart line up with possible second LH surge or maybe even pregnant? I do have sore breast’s and a little bit of strange cramping going on.
