Massage during TWW

Hi! Overly paranoid person ttc here 😉

Had a mc in July and one could say I am a bit overly cautious.

Is it ok to get a massage during the two week wait? I’ve seen that some places don’t allow women who are in their first trimester to get massages until they’re in the second trimester. Wondering if a massage would cause any disturbance in the implantation process? Increasing blood flow, etc?

Any insight helps. Thanks and baby dust to those trying!
