Can anyone tell me what this means for my follicle sizes? I went today because my insides hurt SO bad! Is this good or bad? Help please!!

I’ve only ever had one ultrasound measuring my follicles and the biggest one I had was 18mm and they said that was a nice mature follicle

They’re really big. Typically follicles just before ovulation are no more than 24mm. Are you doing fertility treatment? Do you have PCOS? Your probably experiencing pain because the follicles are so big. My follicle usually reaches 24mm before I ovulate and it can be pretty uncomfortable sometimes
