Boy Drama

So a while ago I went on a date with this guy I had been talking to for a really long time. I was super into him, but I haven’t heard from him since so I’ve just been getting over it— no big deal. The twist- now his best friend is into me. He asked for my snap through Instagram a few weeks ago and I just didn’t respond because I was so confused. Now he’s been going out of his way to sit next to me in class, although he hasn’t said anything yet (in his defense, I haven’t been very approachable).

I’ve been thinking about it a lot and I wouldn’t mind getting to know him more, but 1) I don’t know if I should and 2) I don’t know how to reach out to him. It’s my senior year of hs, so if things fall through it’s not like I’d have to see him again. I don’t know if my history with his best friend would make it weird though.. And also, should I just find him on snap even though I didn’t reply to him when he asked before or should I wait to say something at school? And what should I say lol?

Anyways, I’d love to hear your advice :)
