Question about tracking ovulation
Hey girls so AF just really ended today and this month will be the first month I'm going to be really serious about tracking my ovulation beyond going by what the apps say because I know that's just guesswork. So my question is for those if you that are tracking your ovulation what methods do you use and have you found that you ovulate at a completely different time then the apps say? And by how much usually?
