Just a quick rant at 5 weeks

Went to lunch w a colleague today. I arrived first so I could ask the waiter what cheese on the menu was pasteurized (Italian restaurant) and told him I was pregnant but that it was a secret. He informed me that everything except the blue cheese and the burrata were pasteurized. Then my colleague arrived, he asked the waiter for recommendations for appetizers to share. The waiter recommended the burrata!?!

I made up some excuse about cutting lactose out to diet before labor day. My colleague bought it! We shared a pizza for lunch and he still didn't blink. Good thing my colleague (yes a man) isn't that quick... No thanks to the waiter!!!
