Braxton hicks

I'm 25 weeks and 3 days with my second. I never had BHs my first pregnancy and I'm pretty sure that's what I have now. They don't hurt like real contractions but I definitely get uncomfortable and my stomach feels tight. I have my OB appt tomorrow and I will be talking with him about it. But has anyone has BHs that lead to early labor or caused problems? We are supposed to be flying home in a week for vacation and I really hope this doesn't prevent us from that. (My husband is in the military and we haven't been home in 10 months).
