Random Sharp Lower Back Pain

All day today I've just had random sharp pain in my lower back. I'll be doing nothing and then BOOM. I have to just stay still until it stops. It's very quick but gosh does it hurt. I don't know what's up. Maybe it has to do with just ovulating but I've never noticed it before but that doesn't mean that it can't just happen. Anybody else have this?
