Free therapy?

Does anyone know where to find cheap or free therapy? I don’t have insurance but I feel like I really need to look for a therapist or something..

Most churches offer free or very reduced pricing for counselling. Or look at nonprofit organizations in your area. (Again, religious organizations are more common to offer this, but there's plenty others as well!) I would think you could call information or your town office and someone would be able to point you in the right direction.

Planned parenthood is doing free counseling where I live, maybe see if there is one near you that offers it?

Hospitals where I live have free counseling. Also I go to therapy through my family health team and we dont pay anything. I just asked when I was at my last doctor's appointment. Idk though cause I live in canada.

There's a couple different apps (can't think of their names right now) for your phone where you pay like $1 per minute that you're in session with a counselor.
