Myself and my husband are both active duty. He is currently deployed. But long story short my baby brother has 3 kids but he unfortunately committed suicide last April. His baby mom is unfit and the kids are placed in the system. I want to foster them as I know I can provide for them. I do have an 8 year old now and my brothers kids are 5, 4, and 2. Does anyone know the process if what has to be done? The kids are located in Texas and I am in Colorado. If that helps, I just know this isn’t a good situation for these babies.
