trying to conceive

My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant since September. We have sex pretty often and he always finishes inside me. I keep track of my period and I make sure we have sex on the days it says i’m ovulating... I just can’t get pregnant and i’m starting to get a little discouraged :(

any tips and recommendations on how to get pregnant?
