Guns stolen out of unlocked cars
This pictures shows how many guns have been stolen out of unlocked cars so far this year in my city. Several of them are VERY close to home. So my question is: assuming these guns were legally owned concealed weapons, should there be a punishment towards the owners of the gun? JSO posts highly reminding people to lock their vehicles and remove weapons. What punishments do you think would work, if any?
