ADVICE NEEDED.. 3VFL.. 🤔

Is it normal to get 3 veryyy faint lines, 3 days in a row??
I’m just trying to figure out if it’s a new pregnancy or old hormones from my missed miscarriage. Had a d&c 12/6/18, first period 1/9/19, and ovulated 1/20/19. I would think since I had a period already, my levels would be back to zero, but I just need some advice. I know it’s still early, but any thoughts/opinions would be helpful. Thank you!
