2 years old when they moved to a toddler bed.  They didn’t seem to care before that.

Like 18 months with my son. He is 2 and a half now and he can only sleep with a pillow. He’s also obsessed with soft blankets. He probably gets that from me 🤗

My son is 20 months and he still sleep soundly without one so I haven’t attempted to give him one. That being said once he goes go to a toddler bed (probably around his 2nd bday) I will more than likely give him one. I was the same way with blankets too. I know they say around a year old is fine but even then I was so afraid. And he was sleeping just fine without one I didn’t feel like I should add something that worried me for no reason. But then around 14 months old started letting him sleep with one and he loves it now. He usually covers himself with it thrkughout the night.

Whenever we move into a toddler bed I'll let him.

My son stole one of mine, probably around 18 or so months. I didn't bother taking it back but I did monitor it. I originally only allowed him to have it at nap. Once I felt comfortable with that we moved to bedtime.
