I’m 32 weeks and whenever I sneeze or cough It just hurts my pelvic and lower back 😭😭😭

Oh yea definitely and it hurts lol it’s most likely the pressure of the baby plus the round ligament pain as well

Oh yes! Sometimes when u sneeze. I cried the other day, more like tears just came into my eyes because it hurt so badly. Totally normal. Lame but normal.

In my crotch and belly the most!!! I have to cross my legs or hold my stomach. I’m thinking of trying holding a pillow to cough or sneeze, maybe that will help with the impact.
