How much weight do you expect to lose per week while dieting?
I am trying to eat better and lose a lot of weight (110lbs total). The first couple weeks, the weight came off fast. I couldn't help but feel a tad disappointed last week when I only lost 2 lbs. I'm trying to be realistic so I don't get discouraged, but it's hard to accept that it won't come off as fast as I'd like it to.
