So a little background, I haven't had a period since July last year (2018), I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but I'm pretty sure I have it. With my research of trying to get my hormones back in wack I came across a bunch of vitex success stories and my god... I started it December 31st and got my period for the first time in months on January 12th! I have been following glows calender as far as when I ovulate and have been taking opks for about a week (well since saturday) and they all have been negative until last night!😍 needless to say hubby and I BD so hopefully it could happen soon. Maybe in the next few months 🤞🏽

My period is due in 3 days and I'm having slight cramping (but not in the painful way) and extremely heavy and tender boobs, so I'm gathering my period is gonna start soon but idec because it just means that I'm starting to regulate!

AF came yesterday! My second period this year, I know can say if you have an irregular cycle vitex may work for you. (Remember all of our bodies are different.)
