Other cyclists out there?
Hey y'all.
Cycling is by far my favorite form of workout. With the cold weather I've been using the rollers, but I'm really looking forward to springtime rides and commuting to work. I wanted to know what other exercise cyclists use to prep for post winter rides
Also, what did you do while pregnant to stay in shape for it? Husband and I are TTC and while I'm hoping for a baby I don't look forward to losing my endurance since my doc already told me bike rides were out after the 1st trimester.
