It’s was 2.65 in December and my doctor wants It below 2.5. So It wasn’t too bad but since we are doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> soon she bumped my synthroid to 75mcg. I had It rested this month and it’s 3.46. I’m starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> meds February 16th and possible transfer the first week of March but I’m assuming that won’t happen if my thyroid level isn’t lower. Is there anything else I can do naturally?
