Help anyone with 4th c-Section

So I’ve had 3sections but lost one of my kids in November.My kids are still devastated and want another sibling.My husband wants another too as a form of closure.Thinking of a 4th section but don’t know how that will go.😰😰.Anyone with 4th section or anyone who has a success story should share to boost up my confidence please .
