My fiance went for a job interview about a week and a half ago. They called yesterday and asked if he would come in on Friday for a second interview with all the supervisors and for a tour around the building. I think this is a good sign and think he more than likely got the position. My fiance is afraid to get his hopes up for nothing.

Has anyone ever had to go for a second interview? If you did, did you get the job or didnt you? I know it's kind of a 50/50 and understand why he doesnt want to get his hopes up but I would imagine if they're going to give you a tour of the workplace then he more than likely is getting the position.
