Help!! When did I ovulate? 🤔
Hoping for a little help in determining when I ovulated. I read the bbt spike can happen same day or day/two later. Glow says 1/24 but another app where I also track opk says 1/26 - so I am thoroughly confused. 1/26 seems late for when I got my positive opk?
Important note: From Jan 18-22 I was traveling for a bachelorette party so was drinking more than usual 😅 and not getting much sleep, hence the temps all over the map!
