Weight
I’m really over weight ( I’m 14 5’3 and 205 pounds) everyone says I don’t look it but I hate how I look. I want to get down to 150 but don’t know how. I workout often and eat pretty good. I’m seeing a nutritionist soon but anyone got advice? I also have painful bloating and when I bloat it makes me 5+ pounds. I just want to lose the weight before summer.
