I can’t wipe

I’m sorry but I need help figuring out what is going on , so I can do a bowel movement and it hurts so bad to wipe. I have looked and between the cheeks it’s kind of red. It burns a little also.. what is this? I have to wipe soft and it still hurts and what can I do about it?
