Is this normal?

My daughter is almost 4weeks old Friday. But she has a lot of little bumps on her face and chin. Is there anything I can do to help clear them up?

It’s newborn rash/acne. Completely normal. You can wipe it with a clean damp cloth twice daily or put breast milk on it if you’re breastfeeding.
