Am I crazy?? Social events after miscarriage

Hi-

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in December and we’re now ttc again. This weekend my sister is having a party for Super Bowl and her husbands brother and his wife will be there. They are pregnant and we’re 5 weeks ahead of my pregnancy. I just got crazy anxiety about seeing her because it will remind me of what we lost. She checked in on me while I was going through the miscarriage because she had one yeeeeears ago. Am I “overreacting” about this and feeling anxiety about it?
