Used to at nights but then I had emergency calls at work all the time. Don’t remember the last time I had my phone on do not disturb

My phone is on do not disturb 10pm to 7 am. Unless they are on my favorites list as an emergency. But I keep my phone on vibrate/silent most everyday and every once in a while I have my ringer on.
