FTM 🤔

hi all, ftm here. I'm 39 weeks and having some strange pains. I have alot of painful tightning in my upper stomach, enough where it makes it hard to breathe. I also have pain in my back. It felt like a I had to take a BM, but nothing. I havent lost my mucus plug/bloody show, and my water has not broken. Should I just wait this out, or should I take this as a sign? I really dont want to go to the hospital and wait hours to be seen, just to be sent home haha. Thanks!
