Weight???
Alright so I am 15, 5 feet and 7 inches, and I am 181.9 lbs and is this a healthy weight? I think most of this weight is coming from my upper body since my breast size is a 36DD and my arms are super thick. I think it is also because i have that armpit fat that is behind the back of my arm where my shoulder bone is kind of. Is this fatty spot just because of my hunched posture or just fat. And lastly ha ha, anyone know some vigorous workouts that I can do that will make me lose a lot of weight within a week. My goal is to get back down to at least 150 which my doctor said I should be at.
