BFP or too early to tell?

Hi all! Need some opinions here :) period isn’t scheduled to start until 2/4 but I’ve been getting a faint line since Tuesday!!! I think after 3 years of trying to conceive, many many procedures (3 failed IUI with Femara and Stems), a polyp removal and tube clearing later we can FINALLY cancel our scheduled IVF consultation for February?!?! God makes miracles 🌅🙏🏻

How early should I schedule bloodwork? and with my OBGYN or RE? Thanks!
