Cot with wheels?

Question

I’m looking into budget cots and someone has offered me one for a great price in wonderful condition. 
Was wondering if it having locking wheels would be a safety issue??

I wouldn't be concerned about wheels, those can be removed usually if you don't want them. If it's an older crib you need to do more due diligence ensuring there were never any recalls, it meets current safety standards and doesn't have a drop side. 
Often it's better to just go with a new crib. Ikea has lots of very affordable options.
