My son is 4 months old and for the last 2-3 weeks he's been discovering how loud he can be which is so incredibly adorable during play but my God.....he now does it when he's upset!! It's the worst blood curdling scream cry I've ever heard. It's awful. Please tell me this is just a phase?? He refuses the breast at night when he wakes up, screams like this for a while, then will accept the breast. No more insert breast here, baby goes peacefully back the sleep. I was concerned he was hurt when he was so upset and so unconsolable (which is really unusual for my generally easy mostly happy little love). Anyone else going through this?
