Teething

Hi mums. I was wondering if you know anythin can help with my son and his teething. He is 4 months old, I've tried gel on his gums, panadol (over there its Tylenol I think?.) Dummies, he constantly drools, is very unsettled, chews on my shoulder or his feeding spoon during meals and won't stop putting his fingers in his mouth. He can't go even to the supermarket he just screams the whole time. Are there any remedies you can help me with?... from a mum in dire straits
