Normal discharge at 4 weeks?

My first clue that I could be pregnant was that my EWCM never went away after ovulation. Sure enough, I took a test the day before my period was going to start and it was positive!!! However, now I'm growing more and more concerned about a possible problem with the pregnancy. The discharge is still pretty thick, more noticeable after I walk home or am standing for a long time, and has not really increased or decreased since ovulation. There has not been any bleeding or spotting at all. Is this normal or could it be a sign of something wrong? I'm at 4.5 weeks.
