Me and my bf has sex a week ago today and I don’t think he came but we had straight sex for 45 mins and I am showing every sign of pregnancy and to be honest I really want a baby but he doesn’t and that makes me very sad🙁but ever since we had sex I’ve had lower back pain,  headaches, craving very weird shit, and mood swings! I took a test yesterday and it came out negative

Symptoms won’t show as soon as a week later. Take a test when your period is late.

If he doesn't want a baby, he should be taking precautions.   I know it's hard when you want a baby, but if he doesn't want one, too, it's going to be INCREDIBLY hard on your relationship.
