Thinking about using cloth

So I am pregnant with my 3rd and I have considered using cloth because diapers are so expensive. The only part that makes me nervous is what do you do with dirty diapers when you are out of the house and how do you clean them regularly? I know wash them but what do you do to get the poo out of the dirty diapers? I know that might sound silly but I really do not know. Thanks
