Has The Windi ever caused blood?

I’m so worried right now that I may not have used enough coconut oil when I was trying to relieve my son of some gas, he started crying when I put it in and poop came out but also a little bit of blood and I’m worried I hurt him. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

It’s probably irritation. Unless it was an excessive amount, I wouldn’t worry. Make sure you’re using enough lubricant. 
Windi was recommended by my dr and it was a lifesaver for us. It’s impossible to put it in too far. It’s built into the design.

You put it in to far or sideways and cut him. This is why things shouldn't go up your babies butt, unless a doctor does it.
