I need some help

So I’ve been on pelvic rest since 8 weeks pregnant due to a large subchronic hemorrhage (they said it was large but never told me the size)

They were very worried about the baby and said I’d most likely bleed and lose the baby.

So here I am at 13 weeks and I went to a high risk dr who said the hemorrhage is small now only 2cm and said he doesn’t think pelvic rest actually does anything so he took me off but I still have the hemorrhage

I feel bad for not wanting to have sex with my husband because I’m nervous I’m going to start bleeding. He seems okay with it and told me not to worry about it but just wanted to know what everyone thought.

Do you think I should continue putting myself on pelvic rest since it obviously helped it shrink or should I listen to the drs opinion?
