2 weeks postpartum rash

I wonder if any of you ladies have experience with a rash showing up on your upper torso, neck and chin area? Not really itchy ... looks like little bug bites. Just noticed this morning. Could it be heat rash? Hormonal? I was worried it was related to getting the rubella vaccine, but after research I don't think so...
