So I got my cup about CD 3 last month.... this will be my first month using it from start to finish! I’m still trying to get the hang of inserting. I can remove no issues.
Sometimes, or all the time, I wish I had longer fingers for insertion! 🙄🤪 Am I doing something wrong? I have to bear down quite a bit so I can try to feel all around to make sure I have a good seal!
