Do you believe in "Sleep Divorce" ?
I recently read an article about couples sleeping separately, different beds, different rooms. They call it "Sleep Divorce" and claim that for some couples it's healthy. In some cases this is because of:
1. Loud SO (snoring, sleep talking, ect)
2. Different Temperature tolerances
3. Mattress issues
They claim this is good as it makes couples "miss each other" at night, gives a better frame of mind since you're sleeping better and sets a "mood" towards your love life when you enter into the other persons domain.
My question is.. Do you believe that this practice is okay mentally on your relationship/marriage? Or is it unhealthy?
Why or why not?
