Im nearly 29 weeks just can’t sleep once I wake up wee that’s it she awake and kicking away and bigger she gets the stronger kicks getting so when I’m just about drift bam 💥 lol I laugh but been hard because working full time long shifts then not getting enough sleep not nice combo at all 😏

I wake up at least 3-4x a night. It helps to sleep sitting up with a bunch of pillows on my back.

It depends for me sometime I sleep on and off through the night other times I can get a good 4 hours in before I wake up lol

My doctor told me to take unisom on nights when I can’t sleep. He said it’s safe to take throughout my entire pregnancy and that I shouldn’t hesitate to take it whenever I’m having trouble getting to sleep. I’ve taken it a few times and have also wonderfully!

It totally depends on the night for me. If I get a good nights sleep one night, the next night I seem to be tossing more or the baby decides to move a lot or my other children decide to be up at 3:00 am for some reason. I suppose just trying to get us ready for when baby is here so we aren’t use to getting sleep already lol

Getting a full night sleep, sometimes wake up feeling amazing, then other times even though I'm not necessarily tired my eyes are heavy, I feel heavy I just relax and try and get things done a bit at a time.
