HELP!!!

Hi,

Period due today or tomorrow. And yesterday and today I’ve been having very light bleeding, if you can even call it that. I thought my period was away to start but there’s only small pinkish on the toilet paper nothing else. This past week I’ve been feeling so sick, constipated and my nipples have been really sensitive. I took a test 4 days ago but said negative. Could this be implantation bleeding? Like so close to period due date? This has never happened before.

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated
