Two questions:
1. My LO is 2 weeks and us EBF. After he nursed on one side I burp him and hold him up for 2-5 minutes. Sometimes he’ll burp sometimes he doesn’t. Either way the second I lay him down he spits up. Any advice of how to get him to spit up while up right?
2. I know it’s winter and my region is experiencing a polar vortex but is anyone else freezing?? It doesn’t matter how many layers I have one I’m freezing? Is this a PP thing?
