Chronic Hypertension

So I’ve had high bp for about 4 years and have controlled it with medicine. During my first pregnancy I had no issues with my blood pressure and everything was fine. However, this pregnancy I am having trouble with my bp and it has been ranging around 148/96. They have changed my bp medicine twice. The only difference this time around is that for this pregnancy I stopped taking celexa for my anxiety because this new dr scared me with the heart defect talk. Anyone out there that has experienced anything similar?! I’m freaking out which doesn’t help my high bp at all! All I can think is I’m definitely going to get preeclampsia and I’m so nervous. I am only 16 weeks.
