Baby shower date??

Question

Is it too early to have my baby shower on February 9 or should I move it to February 16 ...??? But if I move it then people will still be celebrating Valentine’s Day ....then I get induce at 38 weeks .....which is Valentine’s Day ....?????? 
Things I need to do left :>>>>
• cake 
• food 
• invitations 
• arch of balloons 
• dress 
• nails 
• cupcakes 
• more candy and 2 tall bowl to put candy 
I need all of that is it too early still ..???????

maybe have a welcome home shower or something afterwards.

Both dates are super late for a baby shower and it’s already February 2nd.  If you haven’t mailed invites by now they will barely get there by the day of the shower.

Most people have. Shower between 30-35 weeks.

You should just have a “meet the baby shower”, if you still haven’t sent out invites hardly anyone will show. Invites should be sent out at least 4 weeks before the party

If you're anything like me then you can definitely plan your baby shower in a week, it's stressful at but it depends on your circumstances. It is really late and I'm not gonna lecture you about waiting so long because there is no sense in that but of you feel you can do it on the 9th then do it 🤷🏾‍♀️ sending out paper invites? 🤦🏾‍♀️ I made mine a Facebook event and invited people that way and texted the other few who I didn't have on social media. I was stressed and annoyed doing it all so keep that in mind but my shower turned our great and I was happy in the end

Omg and you're up for a baby shower I had mine at 27 weeks . I was worried about doing too much that late and boy was I right the stress and physical labor of planning and doing a baby shower is something.  The sooner the better because you can still go into labor before your inducement.

Definitely not too early probably too late, 9th is way too soon that’s less than a week.  Having trouble understanding other shower option is 16th? But you will be induced on Valentine’s Day the 14th?
